When: Sunday September 29th, 5:30 PM - sunset (~7:30/8 PM)

Where: Will Rogers State Beach, Tower 15 — enter parking lot at PCH and Temescal; after paying, do a hair-pin turn to the left and drive all the way to the south end of the parking lot. Park down there and enter the beach at the very southern-most entrance to find Tower 15. We will be just north of Tower 15.

What: BYO-everything — food for dinner picnic, drinks of any kind (bring solo cups if you bring wine/beer), & beach gear

Breathwork class: I will lead a free breathwork session BEFORE, from 4:30-5:30, a little further back towards the back of the beach, away from the water.
