Victoria Doebbel (Vicki) works with executive teams developing strategic alignment, creating high performing teams and thus working with team dynamics. She holds an EdM and CAS from Harvard University combining the Business school, HGSG and HGSE and has more than 35 years of experience with multinational organizations, public institutions, NGOs and nonprofits.

According to Vicki, many if not most teams are dysfunctional because of unhealthy dynamics and ego issues. This applies in professional environments and also personal interactions. Join us for a special program with Vicki to learn about “traps of success” and discuss practical ways to Manage Egos.
