Kirsten Rulf is leading innovation and digital policies as Head of Unit at the Federal Chancellory of Germany/Bundeskanzleramt in Berlin. Prior to coding machine learning algorithms as a research associate for the Autonomous Vehicles Policy Initiative and an MPP graduate at Harvard, Kirsten spent 10 years live on air as a political news and technology correspondent at BBC and Tagesschau.
