5:30 – 5:45 pm: Please sign in at the registration desk and make sure you obtain the following:

1)     Name tag

2)     Participant list outlining the following: name, university attended, degree obtained along with year, current employer, and current designation at work

3)     Appropriate color coded stickers (refer to attached sheet)

5:45 – 5:55 pm: Announcement outlining ground rules.

6:00 pm onwards: Speed networking with mandatory 15 minutes rotation.

Light refreshments will be available throughout the evening. Please help yourself.
